안녕하세요. 어느덧 필리핀에서 생활한지 3개월이 넘었네요. 저는 세부에 있는 IMS 어학원 아얄라 센터에서 공부를 했었습니다. 처음에 왔을 때는아예 영어를 모르는 상태로 걱정도 많이 하고 왔었는데, 좋은 분들과 좋은 선생님들을 만나 차차 배워지금에 이르렀습니다. 3개월이 지난 지금 처음과 확연히 다르게 발전했고, 무엇보다는 영어에 대한 두려움이 사라졌습니다. 학원 내에서 좋은사람들을 만나 여행계획도 세우고 주변에 많은 섬들을 여행했고 다국적의 친구들과 친하게 지낼 수 있었습니다. 또한, 다양한 문화를 접하고 맛있는 음식도 맛볼 수 있었습니다. 아쉬운점이 있다면 저는 어렸을 때부터 자유롭게 생활한 지라 학원의 많은 규칙들에 제한 받는 것이 좀 아쉬웠습니다. 좀더 체계적으로 규칙들을 수정하고 학생들이 편하게 자유롭게 생활할 수 있었다면 더 좋았을 것 같습니다. 그래도매번 저의 요구에도 학원 내의 매니저 분들이 다 들어주시고 해결해주셨습니다. 학원 내의 전체적인 수업분위기나 선생님들의 QUALITY는 그 어떤 학원보다 좋다고 생각합니다. 선생님의 학생들에 대한 관심과 책임감이 무엇보다 좋았고, 저는 수업이없을 때도 선생님들을 찾아가서 FREE TALKING을 하곤 했습니다.그럴 때마다, 선생님들도 기분 좋게 응해줬고 더 많은 것을 가르치려고 했습니다. 세부 IMS 에서의 3개월은저한테 참 짧고도 즐겁고 많은 것을 배울 수 있게 한 것 같습니다.

Hello. It’s been a long time to study here for 3 months. I studied at the IMS Ayala center. At first time I came here, I worried a lot because I didn’t know well about English. But, Fortunately I’ve met nice teachers and friends so that I could improve my English skills a lot compared to the past. Most importantly, my worries for speaking English have gone.  I’ve met lots of good friends in IMS and planned to travel together in different places. Also, I was able to make some friends who came from various nationalities.By getting along with them, I experienced various cultures and tasted delicious food here altogether. Actually, I’m already getting used to living without someone's interferences since I was young. So, I’m afraid if there’re many students are taken care by IMS. Sometimes they felt they’re too interfered by IMS because of their strict regulations. Therefore, I hope IMS needs to change their rule and regulations more in systematic ways and makes their students less feel anxious and restrained so that they could feel more comfortable and calm. A lot of managers helped me and gave me a solution whenever there were some problems happened to me. Additionally, I think IMS academy quality of teaching skills and atmospheres are totally nicer than other academies. The most satisfying aspect for me was the teacher’s attention and responsibility to their students.In addition, I was able to talk to my teachers and have a free conversation with them even if that time was their break time. All the teachers were always trying to teach me and they greeted me.  I’ve been in CEBU especially in IMS for 3 months. For staying in CEBU, I had enjoyable memories and learned a lot of things.
